The Mayan Ruins of Tulum is one of the most famous ruins to visit. The other two, Coba and Xel-Ha, are all conveniently located not far from Akumal and other areas in the Riviera Maya region.
To be able to explore the beauty of the Tulum ruins, one must arrive early in the day. Probably long before the scorching heat of the midday sun. Most tour buses arrived early in the morning.
