Whenever there is barbecue in a party involved, Weber grills could not be far behind. That’s because such a reliable cooking device is all that you need to get nice, tasty barbecues minus the hassle. Weber grills allow you to prepare the food for your guests in such a short span of time, giving you enough leeway to enjoy the revelry yourself.

There are a number of Weber grill recipes that you could pick out your menu from. Below, we give you at least two winner Weber grill recipes that would definitely give you and your guests the ultimate gastronomic pleasure.

Yummy Chicken Thighs
Chicken is a choice meat. It is much healthier than beef or pork and it is very economical. People would love the white meat for as long as it is seasoned right and of course, cooked right, via Weber grills.

What you will need:
* 6 pieces chicken thighs (the amount depends on how big a crowd you are serving this recipe, you can have six, twelve, eighteen or whatever!)
* ½ cup butter, softened
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* ¼ cup red onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* salt and pepper to taste

What you will do:
Step 1: Combine butter, garlic, onion, and curry powder. While you are doing this, preheat the Weber grill. That is so you could use it as soon as you are finished with the food preparation.

Step 2: Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Take a spoon of the butter-garlic-onion-curry powder mixture and place it under the chicken skin.

Step 4: Place the chicken thighs onto the preheated Weber grill, buttered side up. Cook for 10 minutes under medium heat, turning them onto each side twice.

Succulent Steaks
Every meat lover includes steak in their diet. If you are to put up a party, you can never go wrong with this simple yet tasty grilled steak recipe.

What you will need:
* 6 pieces tenderloin steak slices (at least 1 ½ inches thick)
* vegetable oil or canola oil
* salt and pepper

What to do:
Step 1: Bring your steak slices to room temperature. If they are coming from the freezer, make sure that you thaw your meat completely before seasoning and cooking.

Step 2: Coat your steaks with vegetable oil so they won’t stick to your Weber grill while having a nice flavor and juiciness here and there. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Step 3: Preheat your Weber grill. It would not be wise to put your steaks on a cold grill as much as it is not wise to cook frozen meat.

Step 4: Place your steaks on the Weber grill. Turn them only once for the duration of the cooking time. You would not want to destroy the beauty of the grill marks. Test your steaks’ doneness only by using a meat thermometer. Never make a cut through the meat. Lastly, do not overcook your steaks. It is almost a criminal act to do so.

There, those two Weber grill recipes would definitely give you a nice startup on thinking out your menu for an outdoor barbecue party.
