3. You Have to be a Leader Without Fear.
You have to first go out there, give it a shot on your own, well take the risk and do it yourself and then come back and bring the answers. Make it easier for those that come out for you.
So again, one of the things that I get a lot is how come everything costs? How come I have to buy this, how come I have to buy that?
And I know where it is coming from. So let me explain and answer this question right now. It comes from place of "why is everybody trying to get over on me?" I am just the little guy, how am I going to make it if I have to keep doing these things and people keep taking it. Here is the deal. The honest truth is... no one is taking advantage of anyone. We are living in the same whole group. It’s the way the people think a lot. And the funny thing to me is the people that I speak to, tend to think this world is trying to get over on them and them alone. And the truth is, it makes no difference for anybody.
We all start somewhere.
I started just at the bottom. Just like everyone else.
I lived with my vision and passion and I have paid for this stuff. You know. If something I thought that helped me to be more successful, I would buy it. Now did I receive good information? Not always. But I was the one to take a stab at it. So what is that idea that is fueling it?
First of all, you have to get over it, let it go and you have to focus on where you want to go. You have to really take responsibility for what it is you want in the end. No one is getting over on anybody. There is no one that can stop you from succeeding if you want to succeed. There is no barrier that can’t be overcome. I will spend a little bit time on this because I think it is very very important.
Understand that there is nothing out there that if you want you can’t get. You have to open yourself up to get it, the possibility of getting it and let go the fear of what if this and what if that... But this idea, this fear, this frustration and that some one is holding you back or everyone is holding you back, someone is trying to get at you, is not true. There is information that we have and things to be learned and if you want it, go get it. Like if you need you buy whatever it is when you don’t have money and when you have some more you buy much more of it. It is really that kind of simple….
You got to let go (detach yourself) because that negativity holds space in your mind and the more positive you can get yourself into the action, more powerful and focused you are.

4. You have to be a teacher.
You have to take what you do and be willing to share it. This goes doubly so in this home business arena. The reason for this is, your success is the success for those who come after you. So you have to think about and it is hard because that goes without saying, am I a teacher?
How do I become a better conveyer of what I know to others? Because I know more than I can give them, from my successes, from my failures, from my past experiences, the stronger they are. And the more that you can think about that and put in systems to make that available, the more irresistible you will be. Because now you are going to be receptive and you are doing what you can taking the stand in, bringing it back and completing it in chunks that are understandable, doable and people can progress along the same path that you have progressed.
One of the most important things that I did, and that I think was pretty smart was, I took all of the things that I did successfully and then I put them in to a guide. Training guide for people who would come after in my team that I can give to them. Now your time is less teaching every detail, you can handle more precise questions and the person that is coming after you feels like they have got the upper hand because it is already provided for them before they got there. So as you are becoming more successful, even you are very mindful and keep your eyes open to it… any small thing write it down. Any small thing that you figure out write it down in your note books and keep that note out some where and as this starts to grow you will be able to compile it summarize it and make it something that will help everyone to come back as you succeed. So be a teacher.
