There's a reason that muscle-building programs tend to try and build muscle in certain proportions. Most are not successful at it, or even know why this is so, but the underlying intent is there. From the earliest times, I'm talking Greeks, Romans and Spartans; there has always been an ideal that men strive for when it comes to looking great. It does involve elements of strength, and that is why the bodybuilders have latched onto this, but there is more to it than this. The ideal male form is more than a collection of large measurements; it's a more balanced view also based on numbers, but not what you're used to hearing. There's a mathematical equation that delivers up the ideal form a man should strive to attain that has the best chance at attracting the opposite sex. This has come to be known as the Adonis Index, and is based upon the classic Golden Ratio.

This formula takes a specific waist to shoulder ratio based on your height and in comparison to additional circumferences of your body. These ratios are classic, having been used by artists like Da Vinci, Michelangelo and more, as well as famous architectural structures from the classic era. Many scientists have found these mathematical formulas at work in nature, as well as in the very DNA structure of humans. It is clear there is something more at work here than random chance. This formula has astounding effects on many areas of our lives, and we're not even aware of it!

The classic proportions we're talking about here have the benefit of not only making you look far more attractive to women, but also can deliver up the impression that you are someone who is confident, secure, and probably very successful to all those you come in contact with. Whether or not this is currently true, wouldn't it be nice to start off with that kind of first impression? This can have marvelous consequences not only for your relationships and friendships, but also your career.

Think about it; the way prospective employers and potential business partners view you can be everything when it comes to whether or not you get the job, account or opportunity. When they see someone who takes such good care of themselves, this gives you a clear advantage over someone who is less fit, confident and nice looking. They may even be actually better qualified than you are, or far more experienced, but you'll get the first shot based on these factors. It may not be fair, but it's the way of the world we live in.

Do yourself a favor, and check out how the Adonis Index can affect you in a positive way and help get you the kind of life you're seeking. You may be surprised to learn that it doesn't involve spending half your life at the gym!
