Have you ever dreamed of making a fortune from the internet? I am fairly sure many of you have heard about people like Alex Tew from the milliondollarhomepage and thought something like, why didn't I think of that? I have thought similar things but am sure that I can earn vast sums of money from the net as I have seen a good friend of mine who has basically gone from rags to riches all via just one website.
My friends name is Peter. Peter was not exactly a model student when he was at school and left education at the age of sixteen with only a couple of examination passes. For the next few years he drifted between jobs and it seemed that he could not settle into any form of career.
Peter has never been very poor but is just an average type of guy who struggled to pay all of his bills each month. He was not able to afford the luxuries such as a summer holiday or a nice car but this never really seemed to bother him.
Many people saw Peter as some sort of computer geek as that was all he ever spoke about. Ever since the birth of the internet Peter was hooked. He wanted to learn how to reach the top of the search engines and all other forms of web promotion and seo techniques.
Around ten years ago Peter decided to have his own website all about web marketing. This site is now a page rank eight and Peter is making a massive amount of money via selling text link ads and google adsense.
Peter has taught me a lot about the internet and web promotion and this gives me a lot of confidence about the future. We both really believe in article marketing and just wish we had more time to write etc.
