In nature, mutualistic relationships are based on the premise that both (or multiple) parties derive a benefit from that relationship. In some ways it is possible to classify the coaching relationship as one of mutualistic nature. Why? The obvious reward of such a relationship for the coach is the financial reward, whilst the client receives the benefit of the coaching service. However – there are intrinsic rewards which are beneficial to both parties, and which make the coaching profession unique.

Whether you are thinking about engaging or becoming a Life Coach you are destined to achieve and gain great rewards just from being involved in the coaching process...

The benefits and rewards you can expect from your coaching interaction as a Life Coach include:

- Being part, and contributing to a positive relationship;

- Overcoming personal and professional challenges on the road to becoming an effective Life Coach;

- Gaining inspiration from the struggles and achievements of your clients;

- Continuous personal and professional development gained from the determination and insights of your clients;

- The development and/or 'fine tuning' of your professional skills and tools.

The benefits and rewards you can expect from coaching interactions as a Client include:

- Time to focus on YOUR concerns;

- Undivided time, attention, support and guidance from an individual with your best interest at heart;

- Realisation of what your purpose is, so that you are able to build your goals from a solid foundation;

- Clarity on your vision and values, so that you realise what you need to do to live your life with integrity;

- Realisation of your core strengths and areas of growth, so that you are able to lead a more fulfilled and productive life.

- Clear action plans that will get you moving towards your goals, build momentum and keep you focused on your goals.

- New insights through new conversations that will expand your awareness and enable you to become more productive, effective, efficient and results orientated;

- Constructive observation and feedback that will help you put everything in perspective and eliminate any "blind spots".
