If you haven't heard about the Blastoff Network yet, you will. This article covers the ins and outs of Blastoff as well as how it works in real life.

The Blastoff Network is a web portal - it's free to join - and it allows you to set up a free web page that organizes live feeds of your preferred websites, all in one space.

As a free member of Blastoff, you have the ability to design a custom home page that includes real-time content from the most popular sites on the net. Whether you're into news, sports, politics, music, lifestyle, or movie sites; you can adapt your Blastoff experience to include real-time feeds of your desired websites.

One of the neatest aspects of this new service is that you have on-demand admittance to the hottest shows, music, and movies, without ever having to navigate away from your home page. You can view episodes of "The Office" right on your Blastoff Network page, or you can listen to your favorite tunes, or browse YouTube; everything you could possibly fancy is right there at your fingertips.

Getting weary of keeping multiple windows open just so you can keep tabs on your facebook page? Now you can observe a live feed of Facebook in the same window as the rest of your favorite sites. How awesome is that? You can catch a glimpse of what's going on in real-time; you can even dispatch messages to facebook without ever exiting your Blastoff page.

If you're a gamer at heart, you're going to love Blastoff Network. You've got access to hundreds of free games like Donkey Kong, Deal or No Deal, Asteroids, etc. - all playable on your Blastoff page.

Last but not least, Blastoff network is an online shopping mall where you earn cash back on each purchase you make from over 400 of the most popular retailers like, Sears, Target, Priceline, iTunes, Old Navy, and hundreds more.

But it gets even better; you can refer others to Blastoff and when they sign up for their personal free Blastoff Network page, you'll collect a commission every instance they shop through their Blastoff Mall. So if you invite Ted, you get rewarded every time Ted shops. And if Ted invites Nancy, you get paid every time Nancy shops. And if Nancy invites Sue, you get paid every time Sue shops. And so on, and so on, out to 10 degrees of separation. Yes, Blastoff Network is fun & free, but it also has the capability to be the source of a serious income too.

Blastoff gets an A for effortless setup. It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up, less than 30 minutes to customize your page, and then you can start introducing others to Blastoff and growing your network.

Does the Blastoff Network fall short of expectations in any area? In my opinion, yes. First, if you have an older computer or sluggish Internet connection, your Blastoff page will be slow to load and kind of sluggish. Second, for now the Blastoff Network can only link up to Facebook. They intend on adding integration with a variety of social networking sites in the future which will certainly improve the user experience.

That pretty much wraps up my review of the Blastoff Network. I do plan to follow up with more in-depth coverage of each highlight, so stay tuned.
