Include a source of protein, such as chicken, beef or pork with each meal along with some vegetables and legumes. Keep this up for a couple weeks along with your regular exercise routine and you would be surprised with how far you will get from eating this way.
Although it is not necessarily a form of effortless exercise, eating in the right way can certainly help you to display your abdominal for the world to see. After all, no amount of exercise and the world will shed the last few pounds unless you are eating in the right way.
