Step 1: Since cork 720's are tough tricks on the trampoline, make sure that you can already perform both a backflip and a normal 720 first. Both tricks are the foundation of the cork 7 and you will have a very difficult time trying the cork 7 without these tricks. Once you've accomplished these two tricks, you can go onto the following step.
Step 2: Get yourself ready by performing a few back flips and regular 7's, then execute a half spin back drop. To do the 180 back drop, start with a small bounce, and on your takeoff tilt your head to the left and down, landing onto your back with yourself while facing the same way that you began with. Simply, think of it as a combination of both a back drop and a 180 degree rotation.
Second Step: At last, you are ready to try the cork 7. Don't be fearful, because cork 720's are in reality quite simple once you get the hang of them. Start with a medium to big bounce, on your takeoff you'll want to stand up as tall as you are able to, lookine back behind your body and down towards your heels. Make sure that you get plenty of spinning rotation by really torquing your chest and arms towards the left, also throwing your right arm backward and to the left side. The takeoff is the key part in a cork 720, so be sure to that you stand up tall and use your body strength to make your rotation.

Step 4: After you become airborne, you will need to tuck your knees into your chest and bring your hands into your chest. Keep looking down, back and to the left and your cork 720 will come around good. For this step, spin just about as hard as you can!
Step 5: The landing will come fairly easy in a cork 7, so keep in your tuck until you can see the trampoline bed in front of youand feel that you've gotten around. Then, let your legs come out and pick up your head and stick your landing. Although it they might seem scary and hard when you are first learning, but you'll soon learn that cork 720's are very easy and awesome! I appreciate you taking the time to read this tramp article and I trust it has increased your tramp skills. I wish you all success with your trampoline tricks and good luck!
