Bedtime sometimes can be a stressful time for both the parent and baby alike, bad habits can develop quickly and easily. The key is to teach your baby how to fall asleep without a lot of help from you, in his/her own environment, don’t rely on some outside force to get your baby to sleep. Ensure that you don't fall into a pattern where you have to do something in order to get your baby sleeping.
