It is rare that ladies consider their bone health before the commencement of any injuries or illnesses to the bones. As such, once they take notice of their bone health, chances are that any disease they could have spotted is already complicated. That is why it is crucial for women to concentrate on their bone health beginning when they're still young.

Improving Women?s Bone Health

For ladies to improve their bone health, the following should be observed :

* make sure that your body has sufficient supply of calcium and Vitamin D. Calcium strengthens the bones, while Vitamin D makes calcium absorption quicker and better. They can be acquired from fresh fruit and veg and dairy products such as eggs, milk, and butter.


* Get hooked on the active lifestyle . Make exercising a regular habit. This is to strengthen the bone structure, making them strong.
* Avoid smoking and drinking that have damaging effects on bone health.

* Avoid lifting weights that might be too heavy for you as this may cause injury to the bones.
