You must eat well to stay healthy. If you do not eat well, your body does not receives the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. You have to eat so it fuel your body. Similar to a motor vehicle, added gas to travel, the body requires food that promotes energy, making it go. Too much food is not good for you and not enough of the right foods can be harmful to your health.
Choosing good foods to eat:
Not all food is good for you, however, if your liver is full of iron which is good for the blood, but much is not good for you either. Fruits and vegetables are good for you, but again not too much, because the fruit turns to sugar and it's not good for you. Too much can give the gibes, especially if you have to watch your weight. You can get high cholesterol as well as food, if you're not careful. High cholesterol can lead to harden arteries, which follows by strokes or heart attacks. So you need to eat, but watch what you eat and how much of it at a time in days.
How will I know if I'm not eating well?
When you go to your doctor, he will tell you if you need to diet. Your doctor can tell your weight. Then you can put on weight-loss diet or a diet to help you gain weight. He will tell you waht to eat and how much you wants to want to eat. Then you can tell that excise duty every day. You must be able to burn what you take as it does not turn into sugar or fat.
Remember that you should try to feast from the four food groups. Try to ensure that only eat the amount your supposed to, and obtain special that you need to make healthy. You can always call your family doctor to ask how to do something if you do not know how they will also help you learn to count calories, so it's a great job in terms of diet you need to know how to count food calories. If you don’t you are not going to do want your suppose to do.
The world is full of support groups to help if you need help. More than likely you can go to your local hospital and they know how to get in touch with a group. These groups are great. The groups give support during the time you needs help. In the group meetings, meet people with the same problems you have and can give each other support. Just remember that setting a goal, but not so high that they can not do it and quit. Start small time and then as best you can get an increase in your plans. Also, every time you try to stick to it, it takes willpower and control.
