Palm Coast, Florida is a small sized city located on the Atlantic Ocean in Flagler County. The population of Palm Coast is 32,732 and is expanding rapidly due to an influx of retirees and people from other countries. The median age of the residents in this city is 51.2 years, which is much older than the average age of most communities in Florida or the rest of the United States. Palm Coast is also a sparsely populated city statistically, with over 50 square miles of land in the city it is considered to have a very low population density.

There are a few more statistics that should be considered when relocating to Palm Coast, Florida. The median yearly household income of this city is $41,570 – which is above the national average by approximately $10,000. The average cost of purchasing a home in Palm Coast is $112,500, and rental units are available throughout the city.
