You must want it bad enough.

You must be relentless.

You must be willing to go the extra mile.

You must ask yourself….How can I get better?

You must challenge yourself.

You must set goals.

You must achieve those goals.

...

...

...

...

All of the statements above are just to see how “bad” you want it…

Do you really want to be healthier?

OR do you just talk a good game?

What’s it gonna be?

Will you let a bad day at the office affect your workout that night?

Will a frustrating day with the kids lead you to a “fast-food” dinner?

Will you let life’s little annoyances get to you so much…that you give up?

Well, these are the $64,000 questions…

Which is why I am saying, don’t stop…don’t ever stop.

Don’t let a bad day ruin your health.

Whatever happened to you at work or school has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with your health and fitness.

They are mutually exclusive.

It is imperative you stay the course….

You can certainly make the course fun……but you must be consistent.

And you can be…..

Or how about….you WILL be.

Now that’s what I’m talking about.

You know, anytime I bring up the topic of health and fitness to people…there always has to be somebody who whines.

“It’s too hard”

“It takes too much time”

“I don’t know what to do”

Cry me a river.

Really, I’m getting emotional here.

There are literally thousands upon thousands of stories of what people have accomplished when they put their mind to it.

And you’re saying that “you don’t have the time?”

Or some other lame excuse???

Well, I don’t buy it…

Not for a second.

Because no matter what situation you are in…I truly believe you have at the VERY LEAST….some resources available to you to get in shape.

Be it time, money, brains, friends, family……whatever.

Use what you got to get started…….and seek help to improve and grow.

The long and the short of it is…..the more you whine, the more you are putting yourself behind EVERYBODY else that has decided to take the leap.

The leap of feeling good, being healthy, and being able to feel ALIVE!

It’s really great…..you should try it out sometime.

Because once you learn to stop whining….you will never turn back.

I’ll talk to you soon.
