Boosting the immune system will fend off disease dramatically. While the body is healthy is the time to take steps for better health, changing lifestyle dietary habits, paying close attention to process foods and supporting the immune system with the proper nutrients.

The make up of the immune system is organ, cells and communication equipment that setup a search and destroy mission as foreign substances are detected and identified. They are disarmed and excreted from the body.

Stress, poor diet, and toxic overloads will overwork the immune system causing it to become weak. In a weaken state the immune system can not keep up with bad cells and sometime microbes get by the defenses and illness occurs.

Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus allergies, and multiple sclerosis are autoimmune diseases resulting from a weak immune system. The immune system built to fight invaders in the body turns and attacks the healthy body cells. One in every hundreds is born with a defected immune system


Diet and lifestyle is very important. An individual must make daily choose to influence the immune system to make more cells in order to protect the body from invaders. Get the right amount of sleep, eat colorful organic vegetable, and fruits, control body weight; exercising regularly will brighten your mood, sharpen your mental functioning, and improve your sex life. Eat a basic diet each day and use organic supplements.

To maintain a strong immune system the body should be supplied daily with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Illnesses are produced by nutritional imbalances, introduction of radiation, chemicals, inorganic drugs, and other environmental pollutants, mental and emotional condition allows physical imbalances. Many times all are combined causing the body to be ill internally and externally.


Build the immune system by improving the diet; make a commitment to change the environment, and mental and emotional habits. These are some of the supplement that will assist the immune system, Vitamin A, zinc, vitamin C and E, coenzyme Q10, iron, folic acid, selenium, echinacea, elderberry, milk thistle, garlic, cat's claw, ginseng, green tea and mushroom.
