6. Make sure the individual technician coming to your home has formal training.
7. Avoid companies that contact you. Instead, seek out a company when you need one.
8. Pay by the square foot if possible. As of November 1999, the Florida average is 20 cents per square foot.
9. You get what you pay for. Truck- mounted equipment is more expensive, but it's also 30 times more powerful.
