Writing for the Web - 2.0 Friendly

In a recent article I asked the question, ....Will The Buzz Stop? If you did not read the article, the question was concerning the writing of articles for the web.

Also, as stated before, if you are not writing articles, or even hiring a ghost writer to write good articles for you, you are missing out on a ton of exposure.

What are you waiting for? The Buzz will not stop!

Now on to the main purpose of this article: to inform you of new developments at Google. If you have been marketing even for a short while, I am sure you have heard the phrase "Content is King". If you have not, well you have just been exposed to it.

This phrase caused a huge awakening in the world of Internet Marketing. It caused a deluge of articles to be submitted to article directories to the extent that the publishers and editors of these directories can barely keep up with the flux of articles being submitted. Beware, things are about to change!

DCP (Duplicate Content Penalty) is the thing that article marketers will have to be very careful of in 2007. New algorithms in the Google search engine will force us to take notice and be a bit more professional concerning the articles that we are submitting to the article directories.

Making Your Articles 2.0 Friendly.

As the year 2007 progresses and the new algorithms begin to take full effect, no doubt content will continue to be king, yet with a slight twist. It will not continue to be any ole content which has bombarded the Internet Marketing world in the past. We will be hearing terms such as Latent Semantic Indexing, Duplicate Content Penalty, and also to be taken more serious than in the past are terms such as Relevant Content and Unique Content. I urge you to be aware of what you are attempting to have published because it could very well cause you more damage than good.

LSI Latent Semantic Indexing: Experts are saying that LSI is the future of (SEM) Search Engine Marketing. Latent Semantic Indexing in a nut shell is unique content that contains true relevancy, meaning keyword density will not be enough to get a high search ranking. Your content has to be contextually sound also. No longer will one be able to just take any ole PLR article and fill it with his/her favorite keyword and expect to prosper, because the lazy way of article marketing is coming to an end.

Will there continue to be a need to obtain PLR Private Label Rights Articles? Sure it will. The Internet is an information highway and this is where a lot of this information comes from. The only difference is that with the new algorithms being implemented it will cause the junk to be tossed out, so that those who are looking for information will land on pages with content relevant to their search.

LSI is the beginning of the end of duplicate content and article directories being bombarded with junk, thus saving the browser time and causing the information that is relevant and contextually sound to rise to the front pages of the search engines.
