This month is providing to be a big one for weddings. As if Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding touted as the wedding of the year – was not enough, rumours are doing the round that Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif and Yuvraj Singh-Kim Sharma are also tying the knot this month itself.
While Katrina is away in Dubai, with packed shooting schedules for the entire month of April, gossipmongers back home are working relentlessly. If the buzz is to be believed, then Katrina’s getting married to boyfriend Salman Khan on April 18, just two days before Salman’s ex-flame Aishwarya gets married to beau Abhishek Bachchan on April 20.
But ask Katrina about it, and the lady comes out with a straight no. “This is complete nonsense,” she says, adding, “I am in Dubai currently and I am shooting for the whole month with Saif. It is quite irresponsible on everybody’s part to entertain this story. I think it’s time people started behaving responsibly.”
Kim Sharma, meanwhile, goes a step ahead and wants the person spreading rumors about her wedding with Yuvi to be slapped. “There is no truth in this. I am not getting married to anyone right now,” Kim says. About reports that Yuvi’s house in Delhi is being decked up for his shaadi, his mother Shabnam says, “While Yuvi has met somebody he likes, there is no wedding happening anytime in the future.” In jest, she adds, “I have also told Yuvi that if he is getting married, he’d better invite me.
Hence, in this whole month of wedding, apart from Abhishek and Aishwarya, there are two more couples who are in the range of rumors to get married. What is truth we don’t know….but its true that there is no spark without a flame.
