This is my review of the final smoke stop smoking program - Having been a smoker for over 25 years I wanted to quit. As you get older you notice yourself slowing down. At least I did. You wake up in the morning and feel it in your lungs.
I started eating healthy and took up bicycling again. This made me feel a lot better now all I had to do was quit my worse habit, smoking. I tried several times before to stop smoking and I never lasted more than a few weeks.
You get up in the morning and you want a smoke. Have a beer or coffee and you want a smoke. After every meal, well it was time for another smoke.
I tried hypnotism, the patch, pills and sheer will power only to find myself smoking again in a few weeks. I won't even mention the amount of money I wasted on this stuff.
I was watching a movie on TV one night and seen the final smoke commercial. I thought about it and decided why not, besides they have a guarantee. I will just get a refund if it doesn’t work (and I figured it wouldn't).
I placed my order and received it a few days later. I read through the material and listened to the CD. I took the pills before bed like they recommend. They recommend taking 2 capsules before bed then 2 capsules every 4 hours during the day.
I looked at the ingredients before taking and everything in final smoke is a natural ingredient. Looked pretty safe to me. I always read labels.
The next morning I woke up, poured some coffee and lit a smoke. It tasted terrible. I put it out and lit another one figured I had a bad cigarette. Same thing. I put it out. I had forgotten that I had taken the final smoke pills last night. Hey this stuff does work! They claim that smoking while taking the final smoke pills will make you feel nausea and it does.
I think I had 2 cigarettes that day and I only smoked half of them. Listening to the audio CD’s really help too. It follows the same principles that are in the book. All this was included with the program. I liked listening to the CD on my way to work. This was usually a time where I smoked so that really helped.
The final smoke systems works. I was able to stop smoking for good. It has been almost one year now smoke free! Other programs have been a waste of money. I can highly recommend the final smoke program if you really want to stop smoking.
