Teleseminars are a great way to promote your products or the products of a joint venture partner. Follow these 7 keys to a highly profitable teleseminar. If you don’t, you are missing out of thousands of dollars!

1.) Sell higher priced products. During a teleseminar you maybe tempted to sell low cost products, but you won’t make as much money this way. It’s better to go for smaller number of sales, but with a higher price per sale. You don’t need to have as many product orders if you sell higher priced products. It’s not any harder to sell the big ticket items, so go for it!

2.) Do the same teleseminar a second time. If your first teleseminar was successful then repeat the same teleseminar. You don’t always have to have new content. You can use teleseminars over and over if you are giving valuable information to people because information doesn’t get old.

3.) Record your teleseminars and keep them generic. Don’t mention specific dates or current events so that you can record them and use them over and over again. The first teleseminar is live and then the rest of the teleseminars are just a replaying of the digital recording. The teleseminar company you use will run the following teleseminar recording automatically for you.

4.) Follow up. You can put a recorded audio file of the teleseminar on your website. Customers can download it. They often buy more when you offer this.

A week after the teleseminar you should do an “encore” teleseminar. The first teleseminar should be given in the afternoon. The next teleseminar should be in the evening a week later. More teleseminars = more people = more sales.

5.) Marketing a teleseminar can cost ZERO dollars up front. How? This can be accomplished by marketing solely through email. The customers will come from either your list or the list of a joint venture partner.

6.) How much does a teleseminar cost? 200-400 people at a teleseminar costs $200 to the teleseminar company. The teleseminar copy will provide an operator that moderates for an extra $25. Plus the teleseminar company will record the call for additional $25. It is usually available for download off their website. An extra cost of $10 is required each time they replay the teleseminar. So the total cost for the teleseminar is about $260.

7.) Send a lot of emails! Teleseminar attendees and buyers can come from someone else’s list if you don’t have a list. You can borrow these lists if you set up a joint venture.
