How can you tell if a Chinese restaurant is good?

I am one woman who loves to eat. Ask any of my friends. At my first business trip to Nashville with a partner at my law firm, the partner came back and all he can say was “she ate a whole rack of rib by herself.” When I go out with my friends, I always get this “my gosh” look that I would finish everything that order. Usually, I can eat my plate and help me friends with their plate as well. Anyway, I have proven my point that I can eat.

My favorite food is Chinese. When I dine at a Chinese restaurant, the first dish that I would look for is hot and soup. Lucky me - hot and sour soup happens to be on every Chinese take-out menu in the United States. I made this discover about hot and sour soup in Chinese restaurants when I went to college.
