You Just Do Not Know How !
That's right ... with the over-abundance of "magic" weight loss pills, exercise machines and crash diets on the market - all competing for your valuable attention, it is no easy thing to know if any one of them is very good ...
And even if you do know if one of them is right for you, you would need to stick with the progam long enough to see the results. You have to give any program a realistic chance before calling it quits and jumping to the next program ...

But if you do it the right way, chances are that it will work. And work very effectively too.
You do not have to spend seven hours a day on the treadmill.
You do not have to have to pump iron till every single sinew in your body is at the point of over-exhaustion.
You do not have to run for three hours every morning.
You do not have to do any of those things ...
But what you WILL have to do would be to ...
EAT !
Yes ... you will HAVE to eat delicious foods as much as possible.
Gorge on delicious foods as much as you want to. Eat whenever you want to ... eat, eat, eat and then eat more ...
But you'll have to eat ONLY sprouts, nuts, raw vegetables and fruits. All of them preferably organic.
You'll have to give up all junk foods from your menu. At least till you develop the good habit of eating foods that are beneficial for you. You'll also want to quit eating all poultry, meats, dairy and fish.
Why ? Because it is junk foods that made you overweight in the first place. If you really wish to shed weight, you should give up eating junk foods, and then start eating delicious natural foods ... foods like oranges, apples, nuts, raisins, grapes, mangoes and the like ...
Do you feel doing something like gorging on apricots, apples and raisins is hard ? Then you might want to try running five miles a day instead... maybe that will be easier !
If you have a medical condition like diabetes, then you would want to see a medical practitioner before you start eating like there's no tomorrow. If you feel you are healthy right now, then being a glutton could be both healthy and fun !
