What do you need to consider?
1) you want to promote your brand, so it would be a good to include the companies' name in the domain name.
2) a reference to the service or product offered on the website is also useful - search engines check if the websites content relates to the domain.
3) make sure that the domain name is not too long, since the "type-in" traffic is likely to drop down - plainly - the web address should be easy to remember!
It is getting more difficult to find the right domain name as so many are already taken. Friends or family can possibly help with brainstorming for names. They can also judge from an outside point of view just as your clients or web visitors.
Last but not least: Before you finally buy a domain name, always check if you do not have any legal or trademark indications in all the countries you wish to trade in.
