How to win the heart of your prospects? Aside from building belief, like and trust, you must also work on your autoresponders. While you can always outsource, you may find that you can also make use of automation and render it with a personal touch.

Once you have taken care of these details, you may now proceed to do three major things that can bring you success in maximizing the use of your autoresponders.

Combine

There are many techniques to apply when you are using your autoresponder. The trick lies in making the right combination of autoresponder techniques. Combine those autoresponder techniques that work best for you. Be it an Ezine, Webzine, podcast or a digest of weekly tips, you just make sure that you time them accordingly.

You do not want your prospects to be bombarded. You just have to strike the balance between bombarding them and helping them to remember you regularly when they go online. Combine techniques, and you will get the advantages of almost every conceivable techniques for your autoresponder.

Combination techniques also extend to your other marketing strategies. Remember that the autoresponder is part of the whole business you are trying to build. So keep your autoresponder in sync with other aspects of your business.

Humanize

This is another aspect you must consider when you are using the autoresponder. Humanize your approach. Make it less mechanical and more personal. Use first names when addressing your Ezine letters. Listen to your prospects’ needs and give it to them. Allow them to have options to personalize their membership or subscription.

The more money you wish to earn, the more human touch there must be when you deal with your prospects.

Aside from catering to the needs of your prospects materially, adding a human touch to your autoresponders also silently fills the void of loneliness most online people feel. If amidst all the marketing pitches, they get to read or hear from someone who is sincere and genuinely cares for them beyond the hype of building a market, then they are intuitively inclined to listen to what that person has to say. When you do this, you must also mean it.

So humanize only as much as you are really capable of giving, and as you go through your business, try your very best to keep it up progressively.

Connect

Link up for as much as you possibly can. Your autoresponder may also be used to connect other products related to what you are selling. If you are helping others earn within the same target niche, you get free link backs and you will also have the opportunity to win their subscribers.

If you join forces with other internet marketers in that niche, you do not just foster healthy competition but you really help each other thrive in the business. One of the biggest killers to the business is a lack of connectivity. So make sure that all the things you do, even things such as your autoresponders, are continuously plugged with other businesses.

Connectivity also involves you being available for the people should they have any pressing concerns or matters regarding the business. Leave a line from which they can call you, and make sure that you are always ready to answer their call and cater to their individual concerns.

Author, Speaker, Philanthropist, Master List Builder, Family Man When Joel Christopher came to the United States from the Philippines on August 8, 1988, he knew nothing about the internet. He was a physical therapist who wanted a better life for his family. Yet today, Joel is known among internet marketing gurus as the "Master List Builder". Only the pre-release of the latest Harry Potter book beat it to the number one position.
