Apart from looks, the SE S500i also makes some sense. It does not include any hi-end features, but does include the standard features. The most impressive of this device is its bright high resolution screen – doing full justice to the creative artworks. The phone also has a 2 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities, and a good music player. The memory is humble, but one can transfer music between the phone and a PC easily using the USB connection, with drag and drop convenience.

Other highlights of the SE S500i includes sound recorder, flight mode and personal organiser functions. It also features quadband, EDGE, support for web browsing, email and RSS feeds.
