All of our beds, including our mission style beds, feature solid wood side rails and slats eliminating the need for metal mattress frames. Cross slats are tongue and grooved or doweled into the side rails. This construction makes our beds extremely sturdy and eliminates swaying. Additionally, our beds will provide 8"-9" or storage area between the side rails and your floor providing an ideal place to store containers for winter/summer clothing.
