The One Minute Millionaire, written by Robert Allen and Mark Hansen, outlines some very important ideas that people must understand in order to succeed. They call these ideas "Aha's." You'll understand why when you read them. Here's a short description of the first 5 Aha's:
1. Everyone Manifests: Nothing was created in this world that did not start in the mind. First you think something and then you cause it to appear. Loads of people accidentally use this principle to hurt themselves. They constantly think negative thoughts and sooner or later the universe causes those bad things to happen. The more energy you put into the thought, the more intense the results will be.
2. Be-Do-Have: BE an Enlightened Millionaire, DO what you love, and you will HAVE your desired outcome. Before you head toward any financial destination, you have to start your journey knowing that you have already arrived. Start being an Enlightened Millionaire today; don't wait until you have a million dollars.
An Enlightened Millionaire understands that giving to other people brings abundance and that the ultimate reason to accumulate wealth is to help those in need. It is possible to make a million dollars without giving, however, what you will possess is riches, not wealth. With wealth comes gratitude, joy, and peace.
3. Live Life Above the Line: When something bad happens, those who live life under the line generally blame. They will either blame other people, the circumstances, or themselves. Anytime you choose to blame you're losing an opportunity to learn.
Individuals who live life above the line choose to learn, rather than blame when something goes wrong. If they are responsible for whatever went wrong, they learn from the event and resolve to do better in the future. If they are not responsible for what happened, they decide to learn from the circumstance rather than blame. This is how the Enlightened Millionaire handles tough situations.
4. Abundance is your natural state: There is no shortage of abundance in the Universe. The only thing that stands in the way of us having an abundance of what we need is ourselves, more specifically, our thought habits. Oftentimes we reject abundance accidentally by saying or thinking things like, "I can't afford that," or "There's never enough." When we say these things, we are literally rejecting abundance. In order to begin a life of abundance we must change our thought habits, be grateful for what we have been given, and believe that we will be given more.
5. Givers get: Just like the ancient texts say, "Give, and it will be given to you." It's the same principle that causes friendly people to have the most friends and people who share their knowledge to receive more. When you give to the needy, you show the Universe that you honestly believe it is eternally abundant.
To review: every thought you have will manifest itself in your life, start being an Enlightened Millionaire now, live life on the "learning" side of the line instead of the "blame" side, accept the abundance, and give to others as you receive. These principles will help you become truly wealthy.
