So many Network Marketers spend time with actions that are not duplicable. But why? To be cool and say "Hey, I developed my own site".
Be very weary about your upline telling you to develop your own network marketing landing page and recruiting site. You might actually have the funds and the where with all to do this, but why would you want to? Can all of the members of your downline do this also? Can any of the members of your downline do this?
The answer is no! Why do you want your downline spending weeks developing their own site, and learning the technical side of programming instead of recruiting? Find yourself a recruiting site that someone in your mlm is already using with success. Sign up for it and use it. Get your downline to sign up for it and use it, and this will drastically reduce the learning curve.
Duplication can only occur when your successful actions and knowledge can be transferred to each and every member of your downline. Your recruiting system must be kept simple in order for duplication to occur. Remember, you want your downline to recruit. You do not want them creating websites. This cost money, time, and it takes a lot of knowledge, and is not transferable.
The same goes for buying leads. You might be able to afford buying leads. And in the long run, your mlm business will not be successful if that is your main source of prospecting. Also, your new members cannot afford to pay $500 per month for leads. This is not a duplicable action.
The fewer steps involved in your personal recruiting system the more powerful it will be in the long run. You must never loose sight of this.
