3. The breasts implants are usually not very heavy as some people might think. Most of them only weigh about 300 gm. So at the total they only add about 600 gm to the women's weight and won't hurt their back and knees.
4. Pregnancy and implants- When a woman is pregnant she doesn't need to take the implants out of her breasts since the implant is located behind the breasts milk glands.
Breast implants are very progressive these days and being tested all the time to make sure they are safe for women.
