Now, I’m sure there are hundreds of people out there who have given you advice on what to do if you have a hangover. The list may include, but is not limited to:
• Drink water, juice, milk, coffee, tea, energy drink (or any other non-alcoholic drink).
• Eat something sweet, bitter, sour, hot, cold, smelly.
• Sleep, have sex, go to gym, go to sauna, meditate, pray to god and promise never to drink again.
But the matter of a fact is that if you have a really bad hangover, you have two options. You either feel like crap for the entire day or you drink one or two light alcoholic drinks (beers, ciders, wine coolers and vodka mixers are excellent, anything around vol.4-6%).
I know that even the thought of another drink might be too much on some mornings and it might take a load of willpower to overcome this, but trust me, you will feel much better as soon as the first drink is finished.
Also, do NOT overdo this. Two drinks are fine – six are not, you’ll end up just as drunk as you were the day before.
