HSBC Bank plc is established in England and Wales and is recorded in the Financial Services Authority Register. It is controlled by the Financial Services Authority. HSBC Bank plc is among the most important clearing banks in the UK. The business varies from the habitual High Street roles of commercial banking and private investment, to consumer finance, private banking as well as commercial and investment one.
