The main method is to build a series of strong back links giving your website a natural boost in the major search engines. You can also do marketing offline, if you put posters up advertising what your site can offer this will bring small amounts of traffic. If you’re able to get an advert on the TV then this will sky rocket your website.

There are many webmaster forums and sites that will give you great tips on how to get your website number one for desired keywords. Be sure to research your niche to make sure that the competition isn’t too high as it will be harder to get a regular flow of traffic. You can use keyword suggestion tools in order to target the right keywords to get the full potential out of your website.
