- Apples and ugly aluminium pans - Apple peelings have acid inside of them that can be used to clean discolored pans. Fill your pan with water and toss the peelings in. Bring it to boil and simmer for half an hour.
- Baking soda and Burned food - Try sprinkling some baking soda on the food stain and scrub until it's all gone. The only thing left is to rinse and clean.
- Potatoes and Mud - If you have muddy pants, rub a cut of potato over the stain before laundering. The starch is a good assistant in breaking the mud off.
