The Eagles stay perfect after their bye week under Andy Reid as the heat turns up on the Chad Pennington watch for the Jets. In what was supposed to be a clash of the green teams the Jets audibled to the 2nd ugliest uniforms of the year, The ugliest still easily the Eagles blue/yellow "outfits" worn against the lions. This game should have been in every players pick pack as the birds don't lose after the bye the Jets stink and they have never beaten the Eagles in the regular season. The only thing going for the jets was that the Eagles were returning to the meadow lands where they were last seen being buried by the giants defense with McNabb getting sacked 12 times. Well it started out promising for the Jets as they sacked Mcnabb on his first pass attempt. He was sacked a couple more times leading 1 fan to say Donovan had seen more sacks at the Meadow lands than the mens bathroom attendant. Nonetheless with Westbrook shredding the Jets D and the white shadow Kevin Curtis having another huge game the birds held on to keep their post -bye streak intact.As for the J-E-T-S the Chad must go chants are intensifying. Just think last year the Jets fans/press labeled their then rookie coach Mangenius. How long til they re-name him or start calling for his job? Just a thought.
