When you are already in Paris do not be afraid of using the metro, it is clean and safe enough. Also it is the easiest and the cheapest way to get along the city. One of the ways to get to the city is either by plane or through the channel tunnel. If the second variant were yours, then probably for some twenty minutes you wouldn’t see anything outside the tunnel and then voiles you are in France! Even if you are claustrophobic, don’t worry it is going to be o.k. for you.

Now let’s talk about the sights. If you do not want to pay any money for the entrance to the Louver, just wait till the weekend. On Sundays the entry is free, but the lines are huge, to get inside it will probably take you some long hour of waiting. Here you will see the biggest and the best collections of Art. If you have time do not finish your trip immediately after seeing main Parisian sights. Take a train. In an hour you will be in the small village called Chantile. This is a calm and beautiful place. But the main thing about Chantile is that it didn’t change much to be compared with the village two centuries ago. You may have some rest and relax here before coming back home. You will be going back with emotions lasting and being with you your entire life. When you will be upset, remember about the magnificence of Paris, feel the smell of the Parisian coffee and you will realize there was something very good that happened to you it would make you smile.
