Placing the Carpet in a Safe Place

A large carpet instead can be washed outdoors, preferably on a windy day, lying on a sheet of polythene. Splash water on it once, rubbing gently with a soft bristle brush, rinsing thoroughly and let dry.

Removing Moth Stains From Your Carpet

In the case of moth stains, you must bathe the carpet with disinfectant in airtight containers for at least a month. After a vigorous washing, you can start the restoration. One trick to avoid the danger of moths is to put in a local vase with feathers: the moth’s twill avoids the carpet to lay their eggs on feathers.
