What is it about over-eating that feels good? Then, all of a sudden, dieting feels good to you.
Smoking feels great, but so does quitting.
How about money? Overspending, not budgeting and expensive vacations (paid by credit card) all feel great. But then getting on a budget and paying down debt begin to feel good to you. Well... which is it?
A lot of times you'll hear people say that they just need to 'follow their heart'. Obviously your heart cannot be trusted if both right and wrong feel good to you.
