Internships offers are what most teen wants especially during the season of summer. It is an opportunity for teens to earn some extra bucks while honing those precious skills they have that are much needed for the on the job training program. During summer, teenagers are not just busy caosetching up with R&R but they are also busy running after that summer internship that all teen wants.

Summer internships inject the much needed on the job skill development for teenagers. Even working as a counter attendant at McDonalds teaches children something useful in life. It prepares teens after high school or college with skills needed as a working individual. Summer internships teaches teenagers skills like customer service, interacting with fellow employee, and even with learning working with a boss. The ability to earn and the knowledge that you are doing something good during summer gives teens self-esteem to through high school and even during college interviews.


To bag that coveted summer internship after an interview is what a teen wants. So how can you bag that job if you do not have previous experience to boast in your cover letter? You can convince interviewer to give you that job by showing to them what you can offer to the company or to the store at such short period of stay with them. Teens may not have job experience but they have experience. Tell the panel your school achievements or the activities you are involved in school that maybe useful for the employer. What employer wants is an assurance that you have something to offer to them during your stay.
During the interview, be on time as what is stipulated by the interviewer. Employers or their executives are busy so that they do not want to waste time. You should appear confident, dress properly for the interview; look your interviewers in the eye while answering questions. Be prepared. If there question is not clear to you, don't hesitate to ask them to repeat the question. What an employer wants are teenagers that can speak his/her mind. Some teen wants to impress interviewers by how much they know about a certain topic ask brought up during conversation. But remember, these peoples time are precious so go direct to the point and give them what they want, and only what they want. However, if you think that there is much time to kill by these people, you can ask them if you can

A Teen wants to earn money during summer days while honing his/her skills on the job. An internship will teach them what they need to be better equipped for college and work later on in life. Teen wants independence and trust of their parents, which a summer job can slowly make this, happen.
