Samsung’s clamshell SGH-X510 is a lightweight Samsung has just announced a new entry level camera phone, the SGH-X510. The clamshell phone is slim around 2cm, though not as slim as some of the recent Ultra Edition phones from Samsung. The tri-band SGH-X510 has GPRS and MMS features. It has a modest VGA camera, a 128x160 65k color display, 3MB internal memory, Java MIDP 2.0 support, a photo editor, an Infrared port, and a roomy 1,000 entry phonebook.

Samsung X510 the mobile is targeted at the "fashionable and price conscious Indian youth," but it'll be difficult to pitch it to them since it has no FM radio. Also, the 3MB memory is a little too less for the youth who will miss a memory card slot.
