Seems everyone these days have a dream to make it big on the Internet with their own business. Every Tom, Dick and Harry are creating a new product designed to take you there as fast as possible. How do you sift the gold from these sands is the big question.

Not only that, everyone seems to be writing reviews on each new product. Do you have any idea how many of these reviewers actually bought the product, how many used it? The answer would probably shock you. And to think there are millions reading these people reviews and trusting their opinion to purchase or not purchase depending on the opinion.

The majority of persons writing reviews on new marketing products and software simply read the sales page of the creator and pull out juicy tidbits and a few very descriptive words for embellishment and voila: you have got yourself a review... And that is not very good. My heart goes out to the thousands who shell out their hard earned dollars each and every day seeking the dream via the next great vehicle.

People who want to start an online business usually want to learn everything there is to know about Affiliate Marketing, SEO and General Internet Marketing. And there are many products coming out each and every day in those fields. Sometimes it is very hard to differentiate between the really good ones and the really bad ones. Affiliate Marketing Reviews and SEO reviews are pretty scarce, so there's really no wonder that many people spend thousands upon thousands of dollars on products that don't deliver.

And this is exactly one of the biggest problems in Internet Marketing today. The average customer should be able to know which products are worth it and which are not. All the sales letters seem very compelling, and you end up buying hundreds of dollars worth of products in a single day. These sales letters are written by seasoned copywriters who know exactly how to attract the attention and how to touch a sensitive string in people. This is also why they are paid extremely well, thousands of dollars for a sales letter.

So we return to Internet Marketing reviews and what they should be all about. A review should and must be based on usage. Sometimes just a few hours usage is enough to gauge the integrity of a product, while on other occasions it requires a few days at least, if not weeks. Bear this in mind next time you read a review and decide to buy. Write to the reviewer directly and see if you get a personal response or whether he or she has a customer service answering you. Because what you want is direct feedback with real case study examples.

Only if you have real experience with the product at your disposal will you be able to tell the difference between a good and a bad product. There are only a few good resources available on the web which tell you that, so make sure you take advantage of them.
