STARTING OUT AS A SUCCESSFUL RE INVESTOR

Welcome to the first issue of "Real-Estate Investing Now".

Everyone has to start somewhere and I started by reading
all of the existing books; buying seminars and C.D.'s. My first deal
used creative financing and we purchased a house worth $65,000 with no down payment.
I still have this house. We call it our "learning house" since we made lots of "newbie" mistakes.

From that small start I now have over 30 rental properties in Oklahoma and
Texas. These are managed by 3 different property management companies.
