By mid-March, Interactive Realty Marketing (IRM) will have revamped its site to reflect changes in its service offerings to property owners and managers wanting to showcase their properties. The internet-based company currently offers different property listing plans-both free and paid-to residential and commercial property owners and managers.
IRM's customers have always benefited from the company's extra perks and features. A highlight of IRM's property listing service is that each property listing on the site includes at least 20 images of the property, compared to a maximum of 10 on most competitors' sites. But, after its redesigned site is unveiled, InteractiveRealtyMarketing.com will offer its customers the ability to give virtual tours of their properties.
For now, the biggest obstacle that the company is facing is price. The company's tag line "Interactive Realty Marketing…where buyers and sellers connect...and save," expresses the company's dedication to bring sellers and buyers together at prices that are beneficial to both parties. To maintain its low costs to its customers, during the initial stages of the introduction of the service, Interactive Realty Marketing will only offer the virtual tour packages in select areas.
