Compare the feeling of walking into a room with 100 distributors and no music to that of the same room with the Pointer Sisters blaring, "I'm So Excited" in the background. There is really no comparison. Music can create energy so thick you could cut it with a knife!

We have always used music at every corporate function. And not just music, but the right music. The right music creates energy, enthusiasm, inspiration and a positive attitude!

During my time as a corporate officer with a prominent MLM company, I put together eleven National Conferences. At each conference we played a specific, specially designed audio, filled with uplifting and inspirational music....EXCEPT ONE!

That one particular conference, we forgot the tape. We had to make do, with what we could find at the local record store. Many people commented that the conference was great, but didn't quite have the energy of our normal conference.

They didn't know what the difference was, but believe me, I did! I truly believe that your subconscious mind takes in the words of inspirational music, even if you aren't consciously aware.

If you sit in an auditorium for three days with exciting, positive, motivational music, good thoughts are going to happen. Good thoughts are followed with positive ACTION!

Do you want to motivate yourself and your organization? Put together a CD or cassette tapes with strong positive songs. Play it at all your functions. Make copies for your organization and encourage them to play the music in their car, in between training audio's. You will be amazed at the energy and motivation that can be created throughout your entire organization with this one simple technique.

The right music creates motivation. Motivation creates action, go for it!

PS Since writing this article I have come across a company that produces two different Compact Disc called "Songs of Success." Each CD features 12 classic motivational and inspirational songs, such as "Eye of the Tiger" and "I Believe I can Fly" for details you can check them out at: http://www.mlmhelp.com/bookstore/songs1.asp
