Question to Scott Moger, president, American Acres Inc. and owner of the website http://www.ownapieceofamerica.us and http:www.ownapieceofamerica.com-
Mr. Moger, I understand that the Deeds to the United States are an international success. Where are they selling and in which country are they most popular? Answer--The Deeds are currently being sold worldwide, thanks to the Internet with almost equal interest everywhere including Canada, Japan, Australia, Korea, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, England, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and China. The Deeds are by far and away selling at a much faster rate in the People's Republic of China than anywhere else in the world. In fact, 100,000 have been sold there within six months of their introduction

Q. What do you think accounts for their popularity in China? A. Well, there's no doubt in my mind that ifs because of the Chinese peoples' infatuation with America, Americans, and the "Great American Dream."
Q. I understand you just came back from a visit to China. What did you think about the country and the people? A. My trip was one of the most exciting things I've ever done in my life. And as much as I was impressed with the beauty, the sights, the cities...China itself! I was more impressed with the people! Everyone I met was happy, hospitable, anxious to talk to me and extremely friendly. I was treated like a V.I.P. (a "Very Important Person") when in fact I was simply a tourist or just another visiting businessman. I wish it possible someday for me to be able to repay the hospitality I received from all my new Chinese friends.

Q. Why are all the Chinese buying the Deeds? Is it because they think they can get visas to the United States? A. Definitely not! During my two week trip (to Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjian, Guangzhou, Xian, Guilin and Shenzhen) I must have met hundreds of happy Deed Holders who explained that they were pleased to have the opportunity of owning this unusual souvenir. Many explained to me that they bought the Deeds as gifts for birthdays, graduations, and weddings. But most seemed to just want to be able to hang their Deed on the wall in their homes so they could brag to their friends that they "Own A Piece of America!" (That's something the Chinese and Americans have in common...showing off to neighbors and relatives.)
Q. What were some of the most common questions asked of you about the Deeds? A. Everybody wanted to hear about the land. I explained that they now owned one square inch of land in the desert in Nevada; on the beautiful island of Hawaii; in the green rolling hills of Ohio; in the high mountains of Wyoming; in the pan handles of Texas and Florida; and in a most gorgeous wooded area in Connecticut, to name just a few properties. Most of the questions asked of me, in China and everywhere are answered on a newly redesigned website. There you'll be able to find
