For example, a home on Ebay may be in a rural area with a population of 3,000 people. The average household income is $27,000, and the average home value is $74,500. If you buy the property for $850 on Ebay, what are the chances you'll be able to sell it for twice that to someone in the area? Very high! Even the land the home sits on is worth more than your selling price. This is 100% profit for you.
You can also call the county where the property is located to get some information about it, but don't spend too much time researching the area. You want to put the property back on Ebay within an hour if at all possible, so that you reap the profits quickly. If the original seller asks you what name to put on the deed, simply stall and say you're working on some finances and will need to figure that out. This way, you never have to put your name on the property.
When you list or relist any item on Ebay, take a few minutes to make your listing stand out. Most listings on Ebay are so boring that they get lost in the shuffle. If you reformat the existing content and make it look professional, you have a much better chance of selling your item quickly. Audio will really grab buyer attention, while video will knock your listing out of the park. Always include a "Buy It Now" option in your listings, especially with Ebay real estate.
