Though actions of citizen are limited by laws the democracy allows freedom of choice in any country with democratic regulations. We are always put in front of choice between what should be right and what is easy. Today's society has a characteristic feature: to choose the easy way that sometimes and even more often than it should be intersects with ways and matters that are against the law. Everything in this world is a matter of balance between good and evil in all of their manifestation. A misbalance is a result of preference of either good or bad in person's life that in its turn results into devastative reconstruction of physical appearance and general outlook. Weak human nature is constantly subjected to harmful influences and misleading opinions that force them to act right away. The fast and easy paths people use are not always fair and legal.

If to take a god dictionary, we can find a good word that characterises today's situation from all sides and this word is corruption. English is a poly-semantic language that is why this word has a lot pf meaning. The first one is a decomposition process, decayed or rotten matters. Politicians, sociologists use this word to characterize the state of things in economics, politics, governmental structures or other social apparatuses. When claiming the presence of corruption people mean the implementation of illegal ways and laws into the solid system in order to gain valuable matters like power, money, shares and other matters that are to define the status in the society. Corruption manifests in bribery, embezzlement, extortion, nepotism and other ways that are capable to corrupt the generally accepted system. Bribery is defined as a crime that assumes the act of offer, reception or giving money or other matters of value that has the direct influence on any official or other person in discharge of a public or legal duty as an aim. The bribery is considered to be an act of presentation of a thing of considerate value that is oriented to use official's conduct. Embezzlement is the falsification of documents on ownership of property without direct participation or confirmation of the legal owner. Easy money got in this easy way leave the owner with no chance to compensate the losses. Extortion is a criminal offense, when an individual attempts to extort money by threats to harm another person. Nepotism means preference of relatives or close friends over suitable candidates when choosing or promoting definite plan. In other words this is an attempt to keep the success within a closed range of family members (www.nasm.edu). This can also be regarded as an instinct to keep success within the family. The above mentioned ways of corruption are present in any country regardless its reputation, status on the international arena and the state of affairs within.

No effective ways to exclude corruption out of any system were found. Shade politics is a state that is indestructible at the moment and it is rather doubtful if it will be. Human nature is designed to be subjected to doubts and when common sense and possibility to increase wealth or power meet, the last wins with no effort. The topic of corruption is frequently ordered and described in companies providing term paper outline writing service that may also be regarded as a manifestation of corruption as well. This phenomenon is studied by various sciences starting from linguistics and ending with economy. The only conclusion the scientists arrived at so far is that the only tool possible to use against corruption is a human mind and soul.
