This test puts Palestine on one of the lowest lath of education level worldwide. The situation established in the country is a result of the limited accessibility to education and lack of material base. What is more shocking is the attitude of some peoples that feel extremely sorry for this nation but think that this is not their concern and some even do not give it little thought.
