Factory is a unit of area devoted for the production of a specific product that can be either in the intermediate form or in the final stage of conversion from raw material to finished goods. The factories are called Industrial belts in different segments of business. They can be either chemical belts or fertilizer belts or pharmaceutical belts or petroleum refineries in middle east or mines of diamond in africa or gold in kolar India or coal or aeronautical manufacturing units like the one in the Royal Hub of England or steamer and cargo making areas like how we have the great A.P.MOLAR in Denmark, etc.
In case of factories we have enormous number of operations taking place some of whose activities are common to any engineering field also like cutting, welding, mining, drilling,

digging, etc. Each of these activity involves the hardship of many laborers and workers who slog day and night in various shifts( 3 shift basis- since the production involved here is to achieve target turnover which is very very high and involves non-stop work). It is very valuable and highly important that every employee who occupies grades right from supervisor to director and chairman level in every branch , stream of business activity must treat the workers and laborers well with equanimity in mind, heart and spirit and keep them well in such a way that they must feel homely to work in the factory where they work.
The position and grade of employee's from ranging from supervisor grade to director and chairman might be ascending, yet there responsibility to achieve targets and turnover can be fully achieved only if they have smooth and health relations with the workers and laborers who have to be treated well, recognized and appreciated also by the chairman or director himself during production visits in shop floor and other areas in order to give a boost in the form of encouragement for the workers.

The chairman might have the authoritative power in any stream of
Business. But we have to remember that he has lots of assets in properties and also has the capacity to buy necessary tools and machines for running the business. But to operate the machines definitely be the field of computers or any diesel engine or aeroplane or ship he needs man power and he has to decide with his team of people how much man power in the workers level he would need to run the business comfortably for achieving targets keeping the fact in mind that his workers are kept well in job by providing timely food and other snacks and in terms of other amenities their take home pay must satisfy the workers family.
In that way, the financial aspect of every chairman's business must be planned well. Without good workers, without healthy contribution of them ,the chairman's business is zero and dummy,
The chairman can't play any game in business if he does not treat workers well apart from employees who are the pioneer assets for every business. The education level might be minimum for these
Workers yet they are hard working and have more stamina along with willpower in mind and heart to come up well and if they are treated extremely well ,they are equally loyal and sincere to the company they work for major part of lifetime.
Hence it is important that workers must be treated well by employees.
