If we were just having a good talk about life and happiness, how would you answer this question...

What does the term "career fulfillment" bring to your mind?

If you asked me the same question, here's how I would answer...

Career fulfillment means to be making a good living, doing something that utilizes your highest talents and strengths, that is of value to others, and that you feel excited and passionate about, consistantly!"

In other words, career fulfillment (in my humble opinion) is to be earning good money doing what you adore and are naturally great at doing, and that provides value to others.

If that sounds like your present work, read no further.

But if that doesn't describe where you're at, here are a few proven tips that will help you attain true career happiness...

Tip #1: Think! When you stay stuck in a vocation that doesn't set you up to succeed, you are limiting your ability to succeed.

This means you'll probably never be super successful until you do identify and find your dream career. So the longer you stay in a work that's not ideal for you, the farther away from your ideal employment you get.

Second Tip: Start moving in the right direction! You choose your destiny. All you need to do are these three simple steps.

Step #1: Take a personal inventory and identify the type of job and career positions you are best suited to do.

Step #2: Make a list of what you need to do to attain your dream job. Then Create a step by step action plan of tasks you must complete to attain your ideal career, and start working on your list pronto.

Step #3: Make yourself follow your plan. This can include visualization, day dreaming, paying someone to force you to do what you need to do, affirmations, self hypnosis, whatever it takes. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen.

There you go! These are the same 3 steps I took to go from an unsuccessful 27 year old 9th grade drop out, to enjoying real career success!

I challenge you to give these 3 steps a shot! When you do, you’ll find much greater career fulfillment and happiness than you ever imagined!
