One of the biggest mistakes that I ever made was to be
so dumb as to allow my Windows registry to pile up so much
errors and corrupted files that I ended up with a crashed system
that claimed all the important projects that I was working on.
That led me to go online and search for a one-time solution.
The result was that ErrorNuker came my way during this research.
But knowing that a lot of people may not find it I decided to
post an edited and newbie-friendly version here. Even though,
it is a free tool, it has a lot of features that rival most
of the paid registry cleaners in the market.
Here are some of its unique features that make it much cherished
among Windows users.
1. Manager Computer Startup: ErrorNuker has an in-built
feature that helps you to decide which applications to load during
startup and which ones to not. As a result, your PC will be able to
run faster because you have freed up more space and memory on your
system.
2. Built-in Scheduler: Like RegCure, this tool also has a
built-in scheduler. With this feature, you can set it to scan and
repair corrupted registry files and more at certain given intervals
that you decide. This is like having your computer routinely manned
and fixed by a professional, without the additional fees involved,
of course.
3. Ease of Use: All you need to do to have this up and running
is to download a 957kb file (containing the whole program).
It is very easy to install by following the simple instructions.
In a minute or so, it should be ready to scan and repair your
registry.
4. Registry Backup: This tool will create a backup of all
your registry files when you scan and repair the system.
This enables you to restore any important ones that may have been
picked up during the scanning or repairing process. This way,
you won’t be losing important files when you mistakenly remove them.
5. Detects More Errors: ErrorNuker has, a lot of times, been
able to detect more registry errors than a lot of the other ones
in the market. It is therefore, a good idea to have it installed
and ready to use, even if as a backup for the paid ones out there.
While the user interface may not be as user-friendly as that of
RegCure (another tool that I reviewed on my site) and may need a
little improvement, this registry repair tool is still one of the
best around. CNET even rated it as one of the top 5 in its category,
so it is really a tool to reckon with. This is especially so,
since it sort of has the ability to detect even more registry file
errors than even some of the paid ones.
Your best bet is probably to have a copy of both ErrorNuker and one
of the paid ones- RegCure, RegistryFix and others
(that I have reviewed) and use them together.
This way, you have two quality Windows repair tools that can get
your computer performing optimally anytime.
